You can request  a chocolate lover's, pretty floral design, unicorn, construction/cars/trains,bar or bat mitzvah,or upsherin theme. 

Ingredients:

Vanilla cake: a blend of rori full n free grain free paleo blend (contains coconut and almond flour and arrowroot starch,and otto's cassava(tapioca) flour,sugar,eggs,avocado oil,palm shortening,baking soda and baking powder,pink Himalayan salt,coconut or almond milk,K'LP vanilla extract, and K'LP xanthum gum.

For chocolate  cake i use the above ingredients in addition to Dutch process cocoa and espresso coffee and water, and K'LP xanthum gum. 

Buttercream is Swiss meringue frosting or genach.

Ingredient: Swiss meringue style non dairy "Buttercream" pasteurized egg whites, sugar, tapioca and or arrowroot or potato startch,and pure palm shortening, pink Himalayan salt,vanilla extract and vanilla bean. Some flavor options like puree reduced strawberry,(K'LP rum or lemon extract  or Dutch cocoa powder or espresso powder dissolved in a tiny bit of liquid.)

Chocolate ganach: non dairy milk or klp non dairy whip topping or coffee rich, chocolate chips and or chocolate  bars. Cocoa solids and cocoa butter.

Pastry cream/mousse: (vegan ) non dairy  whip and vanilla pudding mix /Bavarian cream.(chocolate flavor adds some chocolate genach and Dutch process cocoa powder)
