Great for gf and non Gebroks and will work egg free!
Cassava flour,baking powder and baking soda, psyllium husk fiber and pink Himalayan salt.
Add oil and eggs or egg substitute and season as you like. Mix the batter and it should resemble a thick waffle batter don't be tempted to add more mix to the bow. Let the mixture chill and hydrate 20-30 minutes and scoop with an oiled ice cream/cookie scoop or freeze rolled tablespoons and drop them into salad s simmering water until they float up and simmer 10-20 minutes. Egg free do best when you freeze the mixture. You can use a chia egg or my egg substitute concentrate as well.
